Our honey is 100% natural and it is produced in our hives by bees that have foraged the nectar of different kinds of lavender, including true lavender and lavandin during flowering, from the end of June to the end of August.
We encourage biodiversity by positioning the beehives so that the bees can also forage on the surrounding wildflowers. This variety allows bees to benefit from all the nutrients necessary for their good health.
Lavender honey has a delicate and fruity taste, it does not taste the flowery scent of lavender. It is one of the finest honeys in the world.
