Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cup of dry white wine
• 400 gr. Grated Swiss cheese
• 400 gr. Grated Emmental cheese
• 1 box of 540 ml. diced tomatoes
• 2 tsp. (30 mL) cornstarch
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 pinch of nutmeg
• 1 Tbsp of Herbs of Provence
• Salt and pepper
