Aperitif La Trappeuse

  • Lemon and lime juice, half / half ratio
  • BBQ spices with maple “Aromes et Saveurs”
  • 3 ounces iced tea
  • 1 ounce Coureur des Bois in maple whiskey
  • Crushed ice
  • Cinnamon stick



  1. Rim the glass by dipping it in the lemon juice/lime juice, then into the BBQ spice, taking care to remove peppercorns.
  2. Put the ice in the glass.
  3. Pour the ”Courreur des Bois” maple whiskey over the ice.
  4. Add the iced tea.
  5. Serve with cinnamon stick.
