Tomato Pie

  • A puff pastry
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. old-fashioned mustard
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme
  • 4 branches of savory
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt to taste



  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C.)
  2. Unroll the puff pastry on parchment paper and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stem.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into 6mm slices.
  5. Spread the mustard all over the puff pastry, then arrange the tomato slices in a rosette.
  6. Salt and sprinkle with thyme and savory, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 375 f. ( 190 C).
