- Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C.)
- Unroll the puff pastry on parchment paper and place on a baking sheet.
- Wash the tomatoes and remove the stem.
- Cut the tomatoes into 6mm slices.
- Spread the mustard all over the puff pastry, then arrange the tomato slices in a rosette.
- Salt and sprinkle with thyme and savory, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 375 f. ( 190 C).
